Inside each set you will find two Fishwife favorites: Smoked Mackerel with Chili Flakes and Smoked Rainbow Trout plus a mini bottle of Tabasco + double sided recipe card :) 

The Mackerel is slow-smoked over beechwood and hand-packed with olive oil, crushed chilis and garlic. The rainbow trout is also slow-smoked over beechwood and packed in olive oil -the texture us delicately caramelized on the outside and buttery on the inside.
